There are three ways to order. Choose a ready-made design with its own name and symbol, build your own necklace on our Build Your Own page where you can customise everything, or pick one of our language necklaces with your name engraved in Arabic, Hindi or Bengali. Every style comes with a choice of chains.

Yes. Use the optional special requests box on the product page, or email info@cutething.co.uk for fully unique orders.

Yes. Every personalised design is made in its own font, and you can pick another from the font options before you order.

Designs with their own symbol keep it. If you want to choose your own symbols, use our Build Your Own Necklace page. Language and non-symbol necklaces let you choose both font and symbol.

This is the size of the nameplate. Regular is our standard size and Dainty is a smaller, more delicate nameplate.

Lengths run from 35 to 60 cm. Shorter lengths sit closer to the neck and longer ones hang lower. If you are unsure, 40 to 45 cm is a good place to start.

Yes. Tick "Add a gift box" on the product page. It is free for now.

Every piece is handcrafted, designed and packaged to order, so production takes 2 weeks. After that, delivery takes 2 to 4 days in the UK, 5 working days to Europe and 7 working days to the USA.

If you order other jewellery with a custom necklace, everything ships together once the necklace is ready. For items in stock sooner, place a separate order.

Yes. Your necklace is tarnish free for 5 years. If it tarnishes in that time, email info@cutething.co.uk and we will put it right.

Custom items are made just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges on them. If your order arrives faulty or not as you ordered, email info@cutething.co.uk and we will put it right.
